UMI Performance has released weld in and bolt in control arm relocation brackets for the rear of the 05-10 Ford Mustang, also known as anti-squat brackets or anti-hop brackets.  Brackets are a simple installation designed to eliminate wheel hop, improve traction and correct suspension geometry on a lowered car. We were finally able to get our new Mustang to the track this weekend. Bone stock the best 60′ time we were able to get was a 2.20 with averaging 2.40 running 102-104 MPH with MASSIVE wheel hop. During the 1-2 shift we experienced a lot of wheel hop as well. We will be bolting on our new anti-hop kit this week and trying it again Saturday, videos of the results will be posted soon so please check back!

We have begun the R&D process on our 2010 Mustang. The first goal is to eliminate wheel hop, this car is notorious for wheel hop making it impossible to even do a burn out. We will be continuing or work on the rear suspension so please check back for track results, testing and new products!
