PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

UMI’s Corner Max front end kits are a comprehensive system that features our best corner-carving parts under one easy-to-find part number. The Corner Max system combines geometry-corrected A-arms with tall spindles and ball joints, higher-rate springs, Viking shocks, a heavy-duty sway bar, and a bump steer kit. The inclusion of tall 2” drop spindles with taller ball joints significantly improves camber gain and provides a lower center of gravity.

The foundation of the kit includes coilover-only lower A-arms that enhance caster, feature quality ball joints, and allow for the removal of the spring and shock without taking the spindle apart. The upper A-arm features rod ends for smooth operation and adjustable settings without shims. The 1-5/16” sway bar upgrade, complete with UMI’s fabricated end links, reduces body roll and aids in speed transitions. Racing coilover springs are paired with Viking shocks, and fine-tuning is achieved with a UMI bump steer kit.

The Corner Max kit is designed to optimize the stock GM clip with a true bolt-on installation. All UMI Performance parts are fabricated and race-tested with pride in Philipsburg, PA – USA. The features of the Corner Max kit include exceptional handling with a 2-3” lowering, up to 10 degrees of static caster without moving the spindle pin, up to 1.2 degrees per inch of camber gain, a 1.75” taller spindle with a 2” drop and ½” tall upper ball joint, and easy shock and spring changes at the track with UMI’s unique quick change system.

Additionally, the kit offers 850 lb/in race-proven spring rates for outstanding handling, Viking shocks, a 1-5/16” solid sway bar with swivel end links for proper balance, a bump steer kit for fine tuning, thrust bearings, and an adjusting wrench for simple height changes. This kit has been raced and tested on UMI’s 1972 LeMans test car, and all UMI suspension components are designed and manufactured in the USA.

Fitment Note: Trimming the upper frame spring pocket is required.

Return Information

All returns are subject to the authorization of UMI Performance, Inc. Please email [email protected] for a Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Our Sales team will either authorize or deny the request for return at its discretion. Any product returned without an issued RMA number will not be credited. All returns must be made within 30 days of delivery, be in new condition, be in original sealed packaging and include the RMA number on the outside of the packaging. No exceptions. All products and their packaging must be in new and unopened condition. Products that have been altered, installed, or modified are not returnable. All shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee as well as the original shipping charges that UMI Performance may have incurred while shipping your order.
